The Story of Me and Winter Olympics premieres
To thoroughly implement the spirit of President Xi Jinping’s instructions for the preparation of the Beijing Winter Olympics, and further promote the event, the Beijing Organising Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the Publicity Department of the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and the CPC Beijing Municipal Committee Lecturer Group established the Beijing Winter Olympics Publicity Mission in July 2017 to publicize the significance, vision and philosophy of hosting the Winter Olympics by introducing the progress in preparations for the event.
By promoting the Olympic spirit to all sectors of society, popularizing the knowledge of the Winter Olympics, mobilizing the masses, especially young people, to actively participate in the winter sports, the publicity mission aims to raise the awareness that "everyone is the host" and mobilize the general public to care, support and participate in the Winter Olympics.
My Story with Winter Olympics was aired on the BTV Winter Olympics documentary channel from September 22. On that day, the "Olympic Story" launched a special program for the premiere. At the same time, in the 500-day countdown special program, members of the publicity mission were invited to the studio to witness the premiere of My Story with Winter Olympics.
